Call now (614) 555-0101Tell us about your kitchen and what is not working. We will call you back to talk through the project.
We look at the space, take measurements, and talk through layout, materials, and what you want to keep.
You receive a no-obligation estimate with your options laid out and the main cost factors explained.
It depends mostly on scope. Keeping the existing layout costs far less than moving the sink, range, or walls. Cabinet construction, countertop material, appliance choices, flooring, and electrical updates are the other big drivers. Older homes can add work behind the walls. A free estimate gives you real numbers for your kitchen instead of a broad range.
Planning and ordering usually take longer than the construction itself, because custom or semi-custom cabinets and fabricated countertops have lead times. Once work starts, a cosmetic update moves much faster than a full remodel with new plumbing, wiring, and inspections. We lay out the expected sequence during the estimate so you can plan around it.
Swapping cabinets and countertops often does not, but new circuits, moved plumbing, gas lines, or removing a wall usually do. Who issues the permit depends on your address: most suburbs run their own building departments, while Lewis Center goes through Delaware County and Clintonville through the City of Columbus.
If the cabinet boxes are solid and you like the layout, cabinet refacing gives you new doors, drawer fronts, and veneer for less disruption. If the boxes are water damaged, the layout does not work, or you want different sizes, custom cabinets are usually the better investment.
